Submitting Letters of Support/Opposition to the Committee
For a hearing occurring on a Wednesday, written letters of support or opposition must be received in the Committee office by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the hearing if the party submitting the position letter would like their organization to be listed in the Committee analysis.
Comment letters should be addressed to:

In order to ensure that comment letters are received in a timely fashion please submit a copy in one of the following manners: via the link on the Committee Home Page, by facsimile to (916) 319-2191 or by hand-delivery to the address listed above.
Letters mailed to the Committee office should be sent at least a week and a half before the hearing date.
